FAQ

Do I have to pay for the studio?

Yes, the cost of the studio will be added to your invoice unless you choose the studio portrait package. In some cases, the studio costs can be split if I am able to fit multiple clients in the time slots. Additionally, depending on the package you choose, there may be a studio credit included.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel after the cutoff date for rescheduling the studio, you will still be charged the studio fees unless someone else can take your spot.

This may vary depending on the reason for your cancellation.

Can I use my own space instead?

If you have a location in mind that is not listed here or wish to shoot in your own space, please let me know. Provided the lighting is adequate and there is sufficient space, this can be accommodated. Kindly send me photos of the proposed location, and I will confirm its suitability.

FAQ

Do I book services through you or the individual vendor?

Please make sure you contact each vendor separately to arrange booking services.

Let them know that you'll be working with me, and provide the confirmed dates and times if they've been established. They should be able to give you advice on timing to make sure your day goes smoothly!

How far in advanced should I book hair & makeup?

Make sure to book your services as soon as you know the date of your session. During busy times, vendors can get fully booked weeks or even months ahead. If you need more suggestions, just let me know!

When you book, make sure to leave enough time between the end of your service and your session to get to the location. Leave some extra time in case the service takes longer than expected or if there's traffic!
