Booking Processs
Once you know which session you want, fill out the inquiry form where you'll tell me a bit about your vision for your session! You should hear from me within 3 days and we can chat about your inquiry a bit more.
Once we've decided on the details, I'll send over a contract and require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. Please remember, your session is not fully booked until both the retainer and contract have been dealt with.

How far in advance should we book?
Portraits, branding, and other sessions
A couple weeks to a couple of months in advanced is the safest bet. If you're hoping for a weekend date, especially during the summer, I'd suggest inquiring as soon as possible. Weekdays are generally available and when I book most of my sessions.
Weddings
Wedding dates can book anywhere from a few months to a year or more in advance, depending on the season.
How and when will we receive our photos?
Portraits, Branding, and Shorter Sessions
- You’ll receive sneak peeks within 48 hours and your full gallery within 4 weeks.
- If image selections are required, the turnaround time begins once your final selections are submitted.
- Editing and gallery delivery take place Monday to Friday. Weekends are reserved for sessions and events.
Weddings
- You’ll receive a sneak peek gallery within 1 week of your wedding.
- Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 12 weeks.
- Editing and gallery delivery take place Monday to Friday. Weekends are reserved for sessions and events
What if we have to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as you can. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules and 48 hours for sessions that involve studio rentals (unless it’s an emergency). No-shows will be charged the full session fee and any studio fees. Retainers are non-refundable but can be moved to a new date if needed.
If you’re feeling sick, please plan to reschedule. I don’t photograph clients who are unwell to keep my other clients safe, we will find a new date that works for you.

Cinderloft offers a furnished, cozy atmosphere with a lived-in feel. It features a livingroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and large bathroom with a tub.
Langford
Beautiful neutral tones and natural light make this space amazing for any kind of session. This space features a kitchen, bathroom and living area with multiple props.
Esquimalt
Flooded with natural light all day, it’s perfect for any kind of vibe! The studio features a custom 8’ x 8’ movable wall with a variety of seamless backdrops and neutral props.
